SHIPPING

$11.95 flat rate shipping per diaper cake to anywhere within the continental United States.  Smaller items such as diaper cupcakes have free shipping!

We will also ship to locations outside the continental US, but actual shipping charges will apply.  These charges can be seen in your shopping cart.

Please note: International orders may be subject to duties that are outside the control of Baby Bee Boutique. We cannot be held responsible for any duties that may be assessed at the time of delivery.

We offer free delivery within Easton, MD, and free pickup for our local customers.

Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days but often ship sooner depending on sales volume. We will do our very best to get you your order by your event or due date - and we never EVER charge a rush fee! Please indicate the required delivery date (the date of the baby shower etc) when placing your order. If for any reason we feel we cannot fulfill your request on time, we will contact you immediately and, if needed, process a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Baby Bee Boutique cannot be held responsible for delivery issues that involve incorrect/missing address information.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on anything you buy from Baby Bee Boutique. Our top priority is for you to be delighted with your diaper cake. If for any reason you are not we will gladly refund your money or replace your diaper cake.

If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your item at info@shopbabybee.com.  We will email you a prepaid UPS Return Label. Upon return receipt of your item at Baby Bee Boutique, we will refund the total price of your order.
